Call for Early Career/Student Award Nominations

2016 BCS Primary Healthcare

Specialist Group (PHCSG)

Early Career/Student Award

Call for nominations

The BCS Primary Healthcare Specialist Group (PHCSG) Early Career/Student Award recognises innovation and excellence in Primary Care Computing.  It will be awarded to those who have made an outstanding contribution to the subject.  The contribution can be a paper, a piece of software/application, or a set of accomplishments. All will be considered and submissions need not necessarily be related to the conference theme.   If you think you know someone who has made an important personal contribution that can be linked to Primary Care Computing then please encourage them to make a submission.  They will need to provide as much information as they can, including why they think their submission is worthy of the prize.

If you wish to discuss a possible submission, please contact Professor Julia Hippisley-cox or Chair, Dr John Robinson via [email protected]

An award of £250 is made as well as a certificate. Winner will be announced at AGM Dinner, 13th October and be invited to present at PHCSG Conference, 14th October, 2016 to be held at Ettington Park Hotel,

Alderminster, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 8BU United Kingdom
